SHIPPING & HANDLING

Captain Feline uses United States Postal Service (USPS) exclusively for shipping within the USA and internationally. Currently, there is nowhere we won’t ship to, but if there is a problem with your order we will notify you immediately.

We will not be held responsible for lost shipments so if you place a large order, it may be wise to contact us to arrange Express Mail so as your shipment can be tracked. This is simply because we are not a mega-corporation that can absorb these costs (of course, this may change in the future).

If you are in the UK your order may be subject to VAT, or Value Added Tax. At this time we do not have the ability to charge VAT in advance, so please be aware that your order may incur some additional taxation from customs.

Similarly, international orders in countries outside of the UK may be subject to taxation laws like VAT. Please be aware of these laws when placing your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Clothing Returns/Exchanges:

Captain Feline currently does not offer returns on t-shirts however we do offer exchanges.

We will only accept exchanges that are postmarked 14 days or less of receipt. Exchanges must be in their original condition (unworn/unwashed with tags in place), otherwise they will not be accepted.

Exchanges must include return postage from Captain Feline to you and will only be processed once the original order is received and assessed as being in good condition; and the return postage paid in full.

In the event that there is an error with the manufacturing of your t-shirt, we will exchange your item plus cover the return postage fees. However, we here at Captain Feline take great care to ensure that all products are in perfect condition before they are shipped.

Art Print Returns/Exchanges:

Captain Feline does not offer returns or exchanges on art prints, so please make sure your order is correct before you hit the button. If you do mistakenly place an incorrect order, email us immediately and we will cancel it.
